Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹500

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or broken
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at our contact page or via WhatsApp.
  2. Share your order number and photos of the damaged/wrong product.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved returns will be picked up and a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
